Tom (the owner) and his crew are top notch. Tom's dedication to customer service shines thru for me. I consider Nordstrom to be the benchmark for customer service/satisfaction. ANPS is my local benchmark in Hazel Dell WA (Vancouver). It is not just about lowest prices. For me, it is about showing interest in my questions and care of my dog Gia. Highest recommendation.

I went right from picking up my new puppy to All Natural Pet Supply in Hazel Dell. I was greeted warmly by Talia I was browsing around. She asked if I wanted help and I said yes! It's been 3 years since we had a dog and I definitely needed assistance. Talia walked around the store with me and quickly helped me to get the dog food I was looking for as well as all of the free goodies they offer as part of their new puppy package. She took her time helping me to select the perfect collar and leash too. I walked away with everything I needed. Don't hesitate to to this store for your dog and cat supplies. Thanks again Talia you are so good at what you do.
