This place is amazing, the staff are always incredibly helpful and kind. I go here for pretty much all of my pet supplies and recommend it to my friends often. I am often helped by Brittany when I come in after work, she's amazing! This last time I worked with Austin, he was also so nice! Thank you as always for all you do! :)

This is my go to pet store. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I've received more helpful impute from the employees here and their hazel Dell location than I have at my own vet. Total lifesavers and I appreciate the reward benefits. Thank you so much Britney, Miranda, Hailey, Padon and Austin!

Brought my newly adopted pup in for a free adoption pack that a friend told me about. Was helped by Hailey who recommended some toys for her strong chew as well. So many quality treat and food options. Sienna is going to love her free dog food, treats, broth, and canned food. She has tried two of them already and gives them 5 paws up!

First time in the store. Brittney was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I have new samples of food that will hopefully help with my cat’s overall health! Looking forward to many return visits!

One of my fav pet shops. Austin helped me today and what I appreciated about him was when I told him I was looking for CBD for my dog to sleep he didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store which is really awesome. It's refreshing to get advice from another dog owner that knows what he's talking about. Never seen him working in the store before but he was very helpful.!
